Working at Leeds
At Leeds, we owe our outstanding reputation to our staff, and we recognise that to maintain our position at the top we must continue to attract, retain and develop brilliant people.
As a member of staff you’ll have access to a diverse range of benefits to help support your lifestyle. These include generous maternity, paternity and adoption leave; sickness benefits increasing with your length of employment, and access to a range of policies promoting work life balance and flexible working.
Outside of work, Leeds is a bustling city, with an abundance of shops, museums, theatres, music venues, restaurants and bars. Outside the city you’ll find brooding moors, green dales and dramatic coastlines in the stunning Yorkshire countryside aptly named ’God’s Own Country’.
