Your Responsibilities

Autonomous research and publication activities in the field of social-geographical research on cities and caring infrastructures
Participation in existing research projects and development of new research projects as part of urban HEAP
Possibility to work on a habilitation project
Participation in the application process for third-party funded projects
Independent teaching of courses and conducting of examinations
Professional and organizational supervision of students of the department of geography and regional science
Participation in organizational and administrative tasks as well as in evaluation measures

Your Profile

Completed doctorate/PhD in the area of social geography
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English
Very good skills within the field of qualitative methods in social and cultural studies
Enjoyment of scientific work and working with students
Independent and goal-oriented working style
Track record of working in transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary teams
