What you will do

As the Patterning and Supplier Program Manager & Team Coordinator, your role will be two-fold:

You will be leading the Patterning and Supplier Project Management team to enable innovative solutions for future Patterning, Memory, Compute and System applications, by leveraging our supplier ecosystem. You will build up an efficient project management organization, initiate and drive improvements, foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, manage the overall team operational needs, and make sure you create the right environment for your team to deliver the strategy. Your talent for fostering a strong cohesion and motivating the team will be crucial to driving success and achieving collective goals.

As a program manager, your goal will be to demonstrate new technologies in agreement with our suppliers and IMEC’s R&D strategy. You will align with the expert teams, resource, and FAB managers to best define and implement your plan.

  • Together with the operational managers, you will monitor the performance and resources of your project and ensure to stay within agreed boundaries. You will proactively manage changes, drive the acceleration of your project activities when require, escalate showstoppers or issues within the organization and to the customer, and help provide solutions.
  • Interacting with our suppliers will be an important part of your activities. From project definition until project closure, you will be the main contact. You will regularly report to the supplier team, help keep a strong link with them and answer their specific requests. Your ability to receive, assess and respond efficiently to their technical proposals will be key.
  • You will seek constant improvements in both the quality and learning speed of your project. We will count on you to bring new ideas and help implementing them.
