The Challenge
The built environment consumes a significant amount of energy, and as a result, it is a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions. With the increasing demand for clean and sustainable energy sources, hydrogen has emerged as a promising candidate for the built environment.
This Ph.D. vacancy aims to investigate the role of hydrogen in the built environment and evaluate its potential for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and increasing efficiency. The goal is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the potential of hydrogen-based building energy systems. The expected outcome of this research will enable building designers, engineers, and decision-makers to make informed decisions regarding the adoption of hydrogen in the built environment.
