Responsibilities: 

  • Conducting research in accordance with the research profile defined in the job description.
  • Utilizing his/her expert knowledge and skills in designing, fabrication and mechanical testing of the alloys. 
  • Utilizing and integrating materials fabrication into high quality academic research.
  • Establishing a scientific collaboration with external institutions.
  • Contribution to funds raising. 

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • At least 4 years of Postdoctoral experiences in research and development.
  •  PhD in Metallurgical Engineering/ Materials Engineering with B. Tech (Metallurgy) / M.Sc. (Materials Science) from any recognized University. 
  • Experience as a group leader in international group.
  • Independent research career in the above two fields.
  • Outstanding experience in analytical instruments and analytical methods.
  • Skills in writing research papers, proof reading and editing of manuscripts.
  • Skills in funds raising and research proposals writing.
  • Strong English language skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Perform all other duties that may be assigned in the best interest of NMSRC.
