In the framework of an FNR funded project we will investigate the fundamental limitations of chalcopyrite thin film solar cells in order to improve their efficiency. Thin film solar cells provide the electricity source with the lowest greenhouse gas emissions.

The postdoc will be a member of the Department of Physics and Materials Science within the Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine at the University of Luxembourg. She or he will perform research under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Siebentritt.
