Your Role...
We are looking for a PhD candidate in the context of the Doctoral Training Unit ACTIVE (https://cls.uni.lu/doctoral-training/) focusing on the multiscale organization of biological systems.
The candidate will work in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team in the Integrative Cell Signaling group (web: http://wwwen.uni.lu/lcsb/research/integrative_cell_signalling) of the Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine under supervision of Prof. Dr. Alexander Skupin.
The project will focus on the analysis of the energetics in cell differentiation and self-organization by bioinformatics and approaches from non-equilibrium physics to integrate and model single-cell and multiomics data.
