We are searching for high-level holders of a doctoral or master degree to develop an innovative systems approach to the global health challenges of cardiovascular disease towards the prevention, treatment, and diagnosis of a resolution of inflammation.
The candidate's work will involve using machine learning to collect and analyse multiple types of data (clinical, genetic, environmental and biomolecular), as well as a multi-omics approach, integrating lipidomic, genomic and transcriptomic results from different sources.
The candidate must hold a PhD or a master degree at the start of the position, with demonstrated skills in bioinformatics and epidemiology. Previous experience in cardiovascular data analyses, cardiovascular pathophysiology and knowledge of lipids and inflammation are meriting.
