We are seeking a talented teacher and researcher carrying a research project related to the research activities of the Computer Science Department. The candidate must have strong skills in one or more of the following research topics: distributed and parallel systems (including operating systems, runtime, HPC, distributed algorithms), software architectures and software engineering (including micro-services, middleware, cloud/edge/IoT, model-driven architecture, formal methods), artificial intelligence (including symbolic AI and NLP), services and business process management (including process mining, service composition and discovering). An interest in the environmental impact and sustainability of digital technologies is expected.
The candidate will be responsible for teaching and organizing courses in the engineer and master teaching programs at Telecom SudParis. In addition to the core courses in computer science, the new recruitee will have to teach for master’s degree courses. Besides teaching, the recruitee should design and organize teaching activities for undergraduate and graduate students, coordinate pedagogical teams and supervise students in scholar and research projects, internships, etc.
