You will be executing research in one module of the project „Mainstreaming Wood in Construction (MainWood)“, in which several institutes of the ETH Domain are involved. As a member of an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with project partners from ETH Zurich. You will elaborate scenarios of forest utilization for optimizing climate services of the Swiss forest, considering different landuse options as well as the CO2 sequestration potential of forest and wood. Finally, you will validate these scenarios by incorporating stakeholders in appropriate ways and design and conduct a survey to elicit their acceptance. You will publish the results of your research in international scientific journals as well as in outreach publications addressing stakeholders.
