- Development of Advanced Packaging Approaches for Power Electronics and RF devices
- Conducting experiments and characterization in an interdisciplinary team
- Contributing with backend solutions to different industrial projects
- Microfabrication and backend processing in cleanroom environment
- Data analysis
- Technical reporting and Scientific dissemination
YOUR PROFILE
- M.Sc. (or higher) in Physics, power electronics and electronics engineering or relevant industrial experience in power electronics R&D
- Scientific background in semiconductors physics and transistors
- Practical experience in packaging and micro-assembly
- Cleanroom and microfabrication experience
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of German is a plus

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for employees in non-university research (Research CA) in occupational group E. For this position, your monthly salary will be EUR 3.274, paid 14 times a year.
