Junior Scientist - Heterogeneous Integration Technologies (f/m/d)

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development of Advanced Packaging Approaches for Power Electronics and RF devices
• Conducting experiments and characterization in an interdisciplinary team
• Contributing with backend solutions to different industrial projects
• Microfabrication and backend processing in cleanroom environment
• Data analysis
• Technical reporting and Scientific dissemination

YOUR PROFILE

• M.Sc. (or higher) in Physics, power electronics and electronics engineering or relevant industrial experience in power electronics R&D
• Scientific background in semiconductors physics and transistors
• Practical experience in packaging and micro-assembly
• Cleanroom and microfabrication experience
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of German is a plus

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for employees in non-university research (Research CA) in occupational group E. For this position, your monthly salary will be EUR 3.274, paid 14 times a year.
