Purpose of the Post:
The primary purpose of this post is to teach the undergraduate modules: Business Management and Marketing / Digital Marketing at the Department of Business/ Hospitality /Computing in the Laksamana College of Business.
The lecturer will design, develop and deliver excellent teaching, with specific focus on economics and management for Undergraduate and Foundation students from Business / Accounting / Marketing backgrounds. The lecturer will be also responsible for providing mentorship and guidance to students.

Post Holder will be expected to demonstrate the following:
A Master level qualification in a discipline relevant to marketing and management or postgraduate qualifications in education
Proven excellence in teaching skills and promoting effective learning at university level
Experience in designing and delivering assessments, and giving high-quality feedback on knowledge Experience of curriculum design
Experience in using a virtual learning environment to deliver and support teaching and assessment
Subject-specific expertise in disciplines relevant to economics and management Excellent IT skills, with Microsoft Office 365, Moodle, MS Teams and Zoom Knowledge of higher education practices and quality assurance procedures
Aptitude for building effective relationship with students and staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to deliver module to the specifications and to deadline Knowledge of blended learning environments

The Marketing and Management Lecturer works in a classroom setting, with occasional research and administrative duties outside of the classroom. The position may require occasional evening and weekend work.
