Leuven.AI, the KU Leuven Institute for Artificial Intelligence, seeks to hire a research manager, who will play a central role in the development and operation of its mission.
Leuven.AI unites AI and its renowned AI experts at KU Leuven in an interdisciplinary institute with societal relevance. It involves more than 100 professors, 500 researchers, belonging to 11 faculties and 8 campuses, making artificial intelligence a focal point of research at KU Leuven.
Leuven.AI fosters AI research by providing a forum for exchanging ideas and for initiating projects and collaborations on AI. It offers the new AI as a Service (AIaaS) with the aim to foster AI and its applications across KU Leuven. It fosters AI education by offering courses and contributing to education programmes, and it offers expertise on all aspects of AI, including on the possibilities and limitations of AI and its implications from an ethical, legal and societal perspective.

The research manager will occupy a central position in Leuven.AI who will further expand Leuven.AI’s role in research on AI and its applications in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team of Leuven.AI and AI as a Service.
