In the Department of Chemistry, Division of Sustainable Chemistry for Metals and Molecules, a FLOF-PhD position is available in the Laboratory of Prof. Francisco de Azambuja.

You have a master degree in chemistry, and is experienced on organic and inorganic syntheses, reaction development, and organometallic chemistry. Experience with the synthesis of group(IV) metal oxo clusters, and their applications in catalysis for the synthesis of biomolecules are highly desired. Fluency in English, and meeting the admission requirements of the Arenberg Doctoral School are essential.
FLOF funding is available for the entirety of the PhD; initially, a 1-year contract will be provided which will be extended in case of a good evaluation.
