First line troubleshooting for all tools and processes in the metrology and defectivity area.
You will be a member of the In Line Metrology (ILIME) engineering team which is part of the Inspection and Metrology Characterization group (IMC). The IMC group is responsible for the metrology and defectivity process portfolio and tools and follows up processes under evaluation/validation for future needs.
