Further, the School of Public Policy will benefit from a premier location, Education City, which is home to a number of branch campuses of world leading universities: Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar, Georgetown University in Qatar, HEC Paris, Northwestern University in Qatar, Texas A&M University at Qatar, Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in Qatar, Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar, and UCL Qatar.
The HBKU colleges and institutes along with the branch campuses house faculty, researchers, and students in a wide range of areas relevant to public policy, including foreign affairs, engineering and science, medicine, business, and design.
