We are looking for motivated and dedicated candidates interested in modeling and/or numerical simulation of challenging engineering problems. In addition to the enthusiasm for research, you should enjoy teaching. We are a motivated team with the claim to offer students a demanding and good education and to conduct innovative interdisciplinary research.
We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 45,882.20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.

Our Institute is concerned with the basic education in Mechanics. We further offer advanced courses in Continuum Mechanics, Optimization and Theory of Materials. The research focus of the institute includes numerical simulation of wave propagation processes, modeling and simulation of skeletal muscles, and analysis-suitable CAD models.
