WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You hold a thesis-based doctorate in the field of life sciences with a focus on bioinformatics.
  • You have proven experience with analysis of mass spectrometry-based proteomics data, including the analysis of label-free quantitative proteomics data, multiplexed proteomics data, and DDA and DIA data.

  • You have thorough understanding of proteomics sample preparation.
  • Amongst others, your task will be to create data analysis pipelines and visualizations, implying that you will need to be interested in developing novel analysis strategies.
