QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EDUCATION & RESEARCH REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent programming skills (python/R)
- Mathematical biology/oncology (ODEs)
- Statistics
- Biostatistics
- Machine Learning
- Knowledge of mixed-effects modeling is a plus
- Knowledge in cancer biology is a plus
- Strong motivation for application of mathematical modeling and data science to health care
- Ability to work in a team
JOB LOCATION
Inria-Inserm team COMPO (COMPutational pharmacology and clinical Oncology), Center for Research on Cancer of Marseille (CRCM, CRCM, Inserm U1068, CNRS UMR7258, Aix-Marseille Université UM105, Institut Paoli-Calmettes).
The team COMPO is located in the University Hospital of Marseille. It is composed of mathematicians, pharmacists and clinicians and is a unique multidisciplinary environment focused on developing novel computational tools for decision-making in clinical oncology.
